Register for the HDCA 2015 Conference  “Capabilities on the Move: Mobility and Aspirations”   Registration is open for the 2015 Conference of the Human Development and Capability Association, hosted in Washington, DC, September 10-13, 2015 byGeorgetown University. Register by July 10 to receive reduced rates. Requests for scholarship support are now being reviewed.  Decisions will be communicated as soon as possible.
